42nd Annual NAPBIRT Conference
April 20-23, 2018
The NAPBIRT Garage Sale will be held during the Annual Conference in the exhibit hall April 20-22. Bring your items to sell or trade and we will provide the tables. All items should be clearly marked with seller’s name and price. You will be responsible for your transactions and NAPBIRT assumes no responsibility for your property. This will be a great opportunity to liquidate some of your extra tools, parts and supplies and also to pick up some great bargains. Industry vendors will not be allowed to sell in this area unless it is personal items. Example: Craig Anderson cannot sell Allied Grab Bags but he may sell extra stereo components or extra copies of original soundtrack to the Music Man.
Easy Opportunity to Contribute to the NAPBIRT Endowment Fund (NEF)!
The NEF will have a section of the garage sale tables where individuals can donate their items. The individual can set the price or a NEF board member can assist them. 100% of the proceeds of the sale of the item(s) will then be contributed to the NEF fund.

What is an endowment fund?
It is a fund made up of gifts and bequests that requires the principal to be maintained intact and invested to create a source of income for an organization. Only the interest from the fund can be spent, not the principal that anchors the endowment.
There are two ways to contribute to the Fund:
- Donate cash collected from your sales by placing it in an envelope and indicating it is for the NAPBIRT Endowment Fund. Bring it to the conference office and give to a staff member.
- Unable to attend the conference? You can donate items to be sold by shipping them prior to April 17 to:
