Our negotiated rates are guaranteed only until Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Once this deadline has passed, the discounted rate is no longer guaranteed. Cancellation and other room details are available directly from the hotel.

You cannot make room reservations with the hotel either online or by phone, this is a hotel policy.

Checking In time is 2:30pm. For guests that arrive earlier, luggage can be stored with concierge until their room is ready or another room may be available for check-in.

Checking Out time is 10:30am. Luggage can be stored with concierge on the departure day until the conference has concluded.


Parking
Car parking is available at Mantra Legends Hotel but is subject to availability due to the limited number of spaces. Hotel guests and conference delegates may use the hotel car park at a cost of $17.00 per day. When arriving at Hotel, first register with Reception and leave luggage at Concierge prior to parking your car. Please note, the hotel does not offer valet parking.
